Question: Can you cut my hair if I have product in it?

Answer: No. you hair must be clean and free from hair products


Question: What if I cant wash my hair out before my appointment?

Answer:  Book a Cut +Wash. we wont have time to wash if you did not book one. Your haircut will not come out as nice if it has product in it.


Question: I Have shoulder length hair, I want a trim and layering. What service should I book?

Answer: Sorry but we do not cut or trim long hairstyles. That hairstyle is for a salon.

Come in with clean dry hair for maximum haircut quality! Book a cut and wash we will wash it for you!

We do not process cards in the shop. Our booking software requires a credit card to hold your spot. The only way we charge the card is if you do not show up for your appointment. The card is charged through our online system. Hopefully this clears up some questions.
